Social Institute Best Bank pensioners can obtain all Social Institute pension totals less than 79 years old on the date of the request and no later than 85 years on the date scheduled for the expiration of the amortization plan. The maximum amount that can be financed is set at 75 thousand USD, but the amount payable is however defined on the basis of the applicant’s profile. The same goes for interest rates.

The reimbursement is made by assigning the fifth of the pension. The installments are monthly and are deducted directly from the beneficiary’s pension. The amount of the installment cannot, by law, exceed 20% of the net pension received by the applicant. The duration of the amortization plan extends to a maximum of 10 years (120 months).

The current legislation also establishes the obligatory underwriting of an insurance policy against life risk. Coverage that in the case of loans on the sale of one fifth of the Best Bank pension is paid by the credit institution. This insurance acts as a guarantee for financing together with the pension. In fact, no real guarantees or guarantors are required.
